The Passing

Dear Heavenly Father,

You took away someone dear from me today. 

Someone who has always loved me as his own.

He watched over me, cared for me,

And for that Lord, I can never repay.

Lord, Please bless his soul.

Please embrace him as your own.

I pray Lord that you will watch over them.

That your presence will comfort them.

They may not know you Lord, 

But I pray,

I pray with all I have,

That they will.

All this I surrender to you Lord Father,

Amen.
